Responsibilities: Creating the Project Master File. Preparing the Monthly Updates of the program. Issuing Weekly / Monthly Reports to project management, to company’s head office in Denmark and to the Owner. Preparing and issuing to the Engineer a Revision of the program for the remaining works. Performing an in-depth forensic analysis of actual daily and monthly progress rates and outputs for the previous three years of the project. Calculating extra time entitlements and assessing the impact against the critical path in the program, following agreement with the Engineer about the methodology to use. Performing an in-depth forensic research of contemporary records, and reconciling information from various sources.

Water Treatment Plant in Chilibre, Panama

Scope: Design and build a new Water Treatment Plant with a capacity of 320 MLD. Value: USD 57 MM approx.

Responsibilities: Preparing the Monthly Updates of the program. Issuing on monthly basis the Payment application to the Owner. Cost Control and producing on monthly basis the updated Cash flow of the project.

Optimization of Water Supply System in Panama City, Panama

Scope: Refurbish the water supply network in the whole Panama City, create the zonal rings, minimize the water leakages, implement the new IT system for measuring the water consumption and invoicing the consumers. Value: USD 21 MM approx.

Responsibilities: Preparing the Monthly Updated progress curves. Issuing on monthly basis the Payment application to the Owner. Cost Control and producing on monthly basis the updated Cash flow of the project.

Wastewater Treatment Plant of Managua, Nicaragua

Scope: Design and build a new Wastewater Treatment Plant with a capacity of 180 MLD. Treatment plant includes: 9 x 22 m long primary settlement tanks, 6 x 35 m dia. trickling filters with plastic media, 8 x 22 m long secondary clarifiers, 4 x sludge digesters, sludge drying facility, etc. Dried sludge is used as fertilizer in agriculture and the biogas is used to supply energy to the plant. Value: original USD 50 MM. (KfW contributed USD 28 MM on behalf of the German Government), at completion USD 80++ MM

Responsibilities: Preparing the original Baseline of the project and the corresponding planned progress curves. Preparing the Monthly Updated schedules and the corresponding planned vs. actual and forecast progress curves.

Multiple Aqueduct of Nagua Town, Dominican Rep.

Scope: Turnkey construction of a new potable water supply to the city of Nagua. Works included a dam, 35 km raw water pipeline, modular treatment plants, water storages, and 65 km of water distribution network. Value: USD 130 MM

Responsibilities: Preparing the original Baseline of the project and the corresponding planned progress curves.
