I am a Civil and Construction professional with 30+ years of experience in project planning and controls. Till now I’ve been involved in construction projects across seventeen countries on five continents.

I am now confidently sharing my expertise with up-and-coming construction planners or with organizations interested in improving their Project Planning, Controlling, and Delay Anaysis capabilities.

I obtained my Construction Engineer Diploma along with the M.Sc. Eng. Degree in Hydropower and Hydro-technical Constructions from the Construction Institute of Bucharest.

The knowledge I have accumulated throughout my career goes beyond an in-depth familiarity with softwares such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project or Microsoft Excel.

However, these are only planning tools. It is when bridging these tools with the appropriate best practices when outstanding results are delivered.
