Scope: Procurement and Construction type contract for delivery of several industrial type buildings to accommodate the Battery Separator Film BSF fabrication equipment; piping works and associated steel structures and supporting works. BSF fabrication equipment has been produced and transported from Japan and then installed by a Japanese contractor. BSF fabrication equipment has been advised by the Owner as a highly classified topic. Value: USD 270 MM

Al Raha Beach Development Project
Scope: Al Raha Beach Development was planned to be a residential project built on a reclaimed island of 10,000 m length x 800 m width near Abu-Dhabi. Value: USD 12 billion

Position: Planning Manager (Infrastructure Dept.)
Responsibilities: Preparing time-schedule for building the infrastructure components (roads, boulevards, bridges, channel etc.), the marine works (ferry terminal, stops for the water taxi’s), the water features and the landscape works. Preparing weekly and monthly reports and presentation to the Owner. At the early construction stages the project has winding down due to lack of funding.

Scope: Providing schedule-related services to the PMO.
