Lessons learnt
A. Keeping high quality of Contemporaneous Data Records is not optional, it is a “must be”.
B. Site pictures: (1) focus on technical matters, rising sun or beautiful landscape are irrelevant; (2) set the camera to record date and time on the picture; (3) give a short description as picture’s name; (4) huge amounts of pictures and duplicates referring all to same topic are time consuming, try to keep them at reasonable numbers.
C. Production ouputs reported daily, weekly and monthly must be reconciled before being published.
D. Monthly (or Weekly) Updates of the time-schedule must be produced and distributed on Monthly (or Weekly) basis.
E. Any statement made in the present-day about a past event must be backed-up with at least one contemporaneous document.
