Fast-track EPC contract consisting in construction of the 1.8 km long Jetty, Unloading Platform, Mooring and Breasting Dolphins, Topsides, Control building, 1 Storage tank 24 m high x 45 m dia., 2 Storage tanks 56 m high x 80 m dia., 4 Vaporizers etc. Value: USD 1.2 billion

Responsibilities: Integrating the time-schedules for self-performed works with subcontractor’s time-schedules, including the Marine works subcontractor. Assembling the Commissioning schedule together with the Commissioning team newly arrived on site. Issuing weekly updates of the schedule along with the weekly percentages of completion calculated by applying the Earned Value Methodology. Providing schedule input for the Monthly reports. Preparing schedule support for the EoT claims. Preparing schedule support to prove the delay to the completion date caused by the local subcontractor for the Marine works.

Analyzing Contractor’s time-schedule for the day to day contraction activities, including critical path, resource loading and productivity analysis. Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for the Owner’s Top Management

Pequiven Marine Export Terminal Project, Jose, Venezuela

Scope: Design, procurement and construction of a marine terminal consisting of a 1,500 m long approach trestle, a container + dry bulk platform, a petrochemical platform for ammonia loading and breasting and mooring dolphins. The approach trestle supports a pipe conveyor, pipe racks and an 8 m wide access road connecting the shore to the container and dry bulk platform. The container and dry bulk berths are integrated into one main platform. The pipe conveyor receives material from the fertilizer plant situated 200 m south of the landfall point. The main items of the ammonia loading facilities are located on the petrochemical platform. Value: USD 130 MM
